My happiness with 19niny1 so far.
For starters 19niny1 is my favorite project I have ever created right behind Awakenn for WebOS. 19niny1 is an Online Social Database for indexing HP WebOS fans, Apple Fans, Android Fans, Blackberry Fans, Microsoft Fans, Nokia Fans, Funny People, and Designers on Twitter.
The launch was not what I wanted but I also wouldn’t have change anything about. It happen the way it did. The second launch a.k.a the launch of the new design appeared to be much more effective in bringing in people to 19niny1. About 59.2% of all yours are new and the rest of returning. Which is pretty good. The 19niny1 WebOS is pretty nice. A big update coming soon the little service outage crash my app review which is supper annoying the app was doing really well.
This has been the first project where I am more worried about the content instead of how to make much the site will make. Money is nice but people using the site is more important. This is the first site I launched without ads. haha! I plan to use ads in the future hopefully powered by BuySellAds which is better ad service in terms of quality and profit no, “Cute girls near you click now”. Check out 19niny1. Day One:
Started off opening Evernote and started writing down the idea. “A social database for indexing twitter in categories but very specific to fan groups.” The same idea of the new Terrillo.com
The name “19ninty1” came the day I started indexing users for Terrillo.com. Good year plus the domain is available. The first thing I did was purchase the domain. I tend to do this a lot. This time is a lot different from the other website site ideas / business idea in the past.
The Problem Before: - Spent less time on more content instead I spent time on the Style Sheet - Bad bad launches - No confidence in the projectMy Plan to fix this problem: - Add as much content as I can before launch - Relook and study my bussiness plan everyday
